Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.
For Australian orders, returns can be requested directly through our Returns Portal. We provide return shipping labels for all domestic returns. Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds, while returns for store credit include complimentary return shipping.
For international orders, please contact us at contact@detaljstudios.com with your order number to arrange a return. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
