SHIPPING

We ship all orders with Australia Post from our Melbourne studio.
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

 OUR SHIPPING RATES:

Domestic (Australia):

Australia Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (estimated 2–7 business days)

Australia Express Shipping: $20 AUD (estimated 1–3 business days)

International:

New Zealand Shipping:  $21 AUD (estimated 4–7 business days)

Canada Shipping:  $32 AUD (estimated 6–20 business days)

Europe International Shipping:  $32 AUD (estimated 5–20 business days)

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard or Express services, depending on your selection at checkout.

Shipping to the United States

We offer international shipping to the United States, with rates calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order strating from (39AUD≈ $25 USD)

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may be charged upon arrival in the United States.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local handling fees charged by your country’s postal or customs authorities.
These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If you refuse delivery due to these charges, refunds will exclude shipping costs and any return costs.

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details to follow your parcel online.

Once your order has left our studio, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or uncollected parcels. However, we always work with Australia Post to help locate any missing deliveries.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at

Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
