Shipping policy

We ship all orders with Australia Post from our Melbourne studio.
Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

 OUR SHIPPING RATES:

Domestic (Australia):

Australia Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (estimated 2–7 business days)

Australia Express Shipping: $20 AUD (estimated 1–3 business days)

International shipping

New Zealand Shipping:  $21 AUD (estimated 4–7 business days)

Canada Shipping:  $32 AUD (estimated 6–20 business days)

Europe International Shipping:  $32 AUD (estimated 5–20 business days)

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Standard or Express services, depending on your selection at checkout.

Shipping to the United States

We offer international shipping to the United States, with rates calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order strating from (39AUD≈ $25 USD)

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from dispatch.

US Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the price shown at checkout through our international checkout partner, Zonos.

This means you should not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped to the United States, Sweden, Denmark & Germany, duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the price shown at checkout through our international checkout partner, Zonos.

This means customers in these countries should not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means import duties, taxes, customs fees and local handling charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and may be charged upon arrival.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs or postal authority and must be paid by the recipient.

RETURNED TO SENDER

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to collect the parcel, or unpaid customs duties and taxes, a restocking fee of A$10 will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and any communication from their local postal service or customs authority, as additional information or payment may be required to complete delivery.

If you wish to have your order resent, additional shipping charges will apply.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local handling fees charged by your country’s postal or customs authorities.
These costs are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If you refuse delivery due to these charges, refunds will exclude shipping costs and any return costs.

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details to follow your parcel online.

Once your order has left our studio, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or uncollected parcels. However, we always work with Australia Post to help locate any missing deliveries.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at

Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
