Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we offer returns under the following conditions. 

DOMESTIC RETURNS (AUSTRALIA)      

We have a 14-day return policy, which means returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.            

 To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached in original condition.
  • Free from stains, marks, scents, or alterations.

Returns that do not meet the criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

  To start a return, contact us at detaljstudios@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll then guide you through the next steps. 

Returns for a refund: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns for store credit: We will cover for the return shipping costs.

Items should be returned in their original packaging

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

At this time, our system doesn’t support prepaid return labels for orders outside Australia.
International returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer through their local postal or courier service.

If you decide to return your item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to avoid additional customs fees.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not reimburse customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities.

  • When returning an item, please clearly mark the parcel as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to avoid extra customs charges.

  • Use your local postal service to send the item back to our Australian return address.

  • We recommend choosing a tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. CONTACT US (WITHIN 14 DAYS)
    Email detaljstudios@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address.
  2. PACK & SEND
    Repack items unused and in original condition.
    Ship with your local postal service using a tracked service.
    Clearly mark the parcel: “Returned goods – no commercial value.”
    Return postage is paid by the customer.
  3. REFUND
    Once received and inspected, we’ll email you and refund the item(s) to your original payment method.
    Original shipping costs (and any return fees) aren’t refundable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at detaljstudios@gmail.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Every item is carefully quality-checked before dispatched. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at detaljstudios@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s an issue, get in touch before using or returning the item, this helps us assess the situation and guide you on the next steps.

Please do not treat or return any faulty items without first speaking to us. We’re here to help, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

 RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

All returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and intact.

Items must be free from stains, marks, makeup, deodorant, fake tan, scents (including perfume or washing detergent), or any other signs of wear.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. If an item is returned in a condition that does not comply with our policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their own expense, and no refund will be issued.

 

EXCHANGES 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you're welcome to return your item for store credit. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and confirmed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The delivery of a return package may take a few days, depending on the carrier and the country it’s sent from. 

All returned items are unpacked and inspected within 10 days of arrival. Once approved, your refund will be processed, however, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Kindly note that Import duties cannot be refunded by DETALJ STUDIOS, as these are determined and collected by your country’s tax authorities.
